Size every trade by account risk — not by feel. Enter your account, risk per trade, entry and stop-loss to get the exact position size.
Position size = (account × risk%) / |entry − stop|.
This fixes your dollar loss if the stop hits, regardless of which coin you trade. Risking 1% per trade, a 10-trade losing streak costs ~9.5% of your account — recoverable. Risking 10% per trade, the same streak costs 65% — account death.
Leverage doesn't change your risk (that's set by the stop) — it changes how much margin you need to put up. Use with care.
